The Council for Emerging National Security Affairs (CENSA) is very pleased to announce the Inaugural Event for its Kansas City/Mid-West Chapter and introduce LTG Frank Kearney (ret.) as its special guest. The event will occur on Thursday, April 21st at 6:30pm in downtown Kansas City, MO. LTG Kearney will offer his most current insights on U.S. Foreign Policy and the ends, ways, and means of U.S. National Security Strategy. We hope you can join us for this opportunity and enjoy the intimate setting of the Majestic restaurant. This event is capped at 65 attendees. Please be sure to register to ensure space availability. Cocktails will commence at 6:30pm. Dinner will be served at 7:15pm and will include an elegant 3-course meal. And LTG Kearney will speak and entertain questions and answers from 8pm to 9pm.

About the Speaker: LTG Francis Kearney (ret.). After serving nearly 36 years in the U.S. Army, LTG Kearney retired and founded, and continues to serve as President at, Insider-Solutions-LLC, a consulting firm focused on leader development. He also serves on several advisory boards to various corporations and non-profits, as well as on both the National Defense Panel and the Threat Reduction Advisory Committee in support of the Secretary of Defense.

LTG Kearney’s final active duty assignment was Deputy Director for Strategic Operational Planning at the National Counter Terrorism Center in Washington, DC. He previously served as the Deputy Commander, U.S. Special Operations Command (2007-2010) and Commander, Special Operations Command, Central Command (March 2005-June 2007). He is a graduate (BS) of the U.S. Military Academy, and a graduate (MEd) of the University of South Carolina, the U.S. Army War College, and the Command and General Staff College.

About the Moderator: Bill Natter. Bill currently serves as a Member of the Board at CENSA, as the Vice Chairman of SEALKids, and is a Principal at Crayford Prime LLC, a consulting firm providing both security and technical advice to industry clients and the federal government. Bill spent more than 20 years in government service working on a variety matters pertaining to terrorism, technology, special operations, and related intelligence issues. He served as the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy in 2009 and 2010.
